Camera Inspections & Septic Locating
Camera inspections are a quick, non-invasive way to determine the health of your septic system and catch problems before they become expensive repairs. A small waterproof video camera on a flexible cable is inserted into your sewage system or drain line, letting our technicians see exactly what's happening inside: in underground pipes, pipes encased in concrete, behind walls, or beneath a building. If there's no cleanout access, we can pull and reset a toilet to reach your system.
The camera reveals exactly what's causing a blockage: baby wipes, paper, grease buildup, as well as root intrusions, collapsed or sagging pipes, leaks, and improper connections. If a clog is present, we can perform hydro-jetting immediately after the inspection to break up the debris and get your lines flowing again; in many cases we carry the equipment to make repairs on the spot. You also receive a digital recording and a detailed report with our recommendations.
Watch for the warning signs: toilets that won't flush or plunge, bubbling when a sink or tub drains, multiple clogged drains, or a foul smell near drains. Pumping cleans the tank, but a camera shows the condition of the lines and leach field, where the real issues often hide.
