Septic Inspections & Certifications

When a property with a septic system changes hands in Merced, Stanislaus, or San Joaquin County, an inspection is usually required before the sale concludes, and for good reason. Replacing a septic system is expensive and stressful, so it pays to know the system is in shape before you buy. Most lenders and real estate transactions require septic certification before closing, and ours meet all necessary standards.

A real inspection goes far beyond flushing toilets and checking drains. Our licensed technicians examine the entire system: tank integrity, drain field condition, water levels, abnormally low or high tank levels, excess water near the tank, leaks, and flow testing. Upon completion you receive a full Inspection Report with everything we found, plus professional recommendations to keep the system running smoothly. You're welcome to observe the inspection and discuss findings with the technician in person, or we can complete it without you on site, with prior consent.

If a system fails inspection, we provide a complete list of the repairs needed to bring it up to code, and as a vertically integrated company, we can perform those repairs ourselves.
